Preview and Submission

Once you have completed the job listing form, you can preview your listing to ensure all details are accurate before submitting. Follow these steps to review and finalize your submission:


Step 1: Preview Your Job Listing

  1. After completing the form, click the "Preview Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

  2. Review the following sections carefully:

    • Industry Profile: Verify that the correct business name is linked to the job listing.

    • Job Title: Ensure the job title is clear and accurate.

    • Job Description/Responsibilities: Check that the responsibilities and requirements are well-detailed.

    • Job Type: Confirm the correct type (Internship, Part-Time, or Full-Time) is selected.

    • Salary and Deadline: Verify that the salary range and application deadline are correct.

    • Open Positions: Ensure the number of job openings is accurate.

    • Application Form: Confirm all required fields are included and properly labeled.


Step 2: Review Media and FAQs

  1. Images: Ensure all uploaded promotional images are relevant and display correctly.

  2. Video: Check that the YouTube or Vimeo link is functional and showcases the job or business effectively.

  3. FAQs: Verify any FAQs provide useful and accurate information for applicants.


Step 3: Submission

  1. Once you are satisfied with the preview, click Submit to finalize your job listing.

  2. Your job listing will be instantly published and visible to FeMAC members.


Important Note

  • Once submitted, your job listing will be live and can be viewed by FeMAC members.

  • If you need to make changes after submission, you can edit the listing through your dashboard.

By thoroughly reviewing your job listing during the preview stage, you ensure it is accurate, professional, and attractive to potential candidates.
