Job Application Flow

The FeMAC platform simplifies the job application process by allowing FeMAC members to share job links with students, ensuring a direct and efficient application experience. Follow the steps below to understand the job application flow:


Step 1: Job Listing Overview

  1. Access the Job Listing:

    • FeMAC members can view all job listings under the linked Industry Profile.

    • The job listing includes:

      • Job Title

      • Responsibilities and Requirements

      • Salary Range, Job Type, and Open Positions

      • Application Deadline

  2. Share Job Links:

    • FeMAC members can click the "Copy Links to Clipboard" button under the Job Openings section of the Industry Profile.

    • Share the copied link with students via email, messaging platforms, or other communication channels.


Step 2: Student Application

  1. Open the Job Link:

    • Students click the shared link to access the specific job listing.

  2. Review Job Details:

    • Students can review the job description, responsibilities, and requirements.

    • Additional promotional materials (e.g., images and videos) are displayed to enhance the job listing.

  3. Apply for the Job:

    • Click the "Apply Form" button in the job listing.

    • This opens the Job Apply Form page.


Step 3: Complete the Job Apply Form

  1. Students fill in the following fields on the application form:

    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Contact Number

    • Upload Resume (mandatory field)

  2. After filling in the form, click the "Submit Application" button.


Step 4: Application Submission

  1. The submitted application is automatically emailed to the industry’s registered email address.

  2. The industry can review the application details and contact the student directly for further steps.

  • Ensure that job listings are accurate and up-to-date before sharing links with students.

  • Sharing the correct job link ensures students access the right application form and details.

  • FeMAC members can monitor applications through the industry’s registered email inbox.
