Adding Your Job Details

To create a job listing on the FeMAC platform, Industry Connect members must first select the appropriate listing type. Follow these steps to proceed:
Step 1: Choose Listing Type
On the "Choose Listing Type" page, you will see two options:
Industry
Job Listing
Click on "Job Listing" to begin creating your job posting.
Step 2: Complete Job Details
After selecting "Job Listing", you will be directed to the form to input job details. Fill in the required fields, such as the job title, description, category, and type (e.g., part-time or full-time).
Important Note
Ensure you have already added and received approval for your business listing under the Industry category before creating job listings. Job listings will only be visible to FeMAC members once published.

Once FeMAC admin has approved your institute listing, you can proceed to add course details. Unlike institute listings, course details do not require admin approval and will be listed instantly on the platform. Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Step 1: Access the Course Details Form
Navigate to your dashboard and click "Submit Your Listing".
On the "Add Your Listing" page, ensure you are in the Course Details section.
Step 2: Fill in Course Details
Course Name: Enter the name of the course (e.g., Diploma in Business Management).
Course Code: Provide a unique code for the course, if applicable.
Course Description/Syllabus: Write a detailed description of the course, including key learning outcomes and modules.
Step 3: Add Course Images and Promotions
Promotional Images:
Upload images to visually promote the course (maximum file size: 2 MB per image, up to 8 images).
Drag and drop files or click "Add Promotional Image".
Video: If available, add a YouTube or Vimeo URL showcasing the course.
Step 4: Upload Course Brochure (Optional)
Use the Course Brochure section to upload a PDF document containing detailed course information.
Step 5: Add Course FAQs (Optional)
Use the Course FAQs section to add any frequently asked questions about the course.
Step 6: Link to Your Institute
In the Link FeMAC Member section, click the dropdown and select your approved institute name.
This ensures the course is associated with your institute’s profile.
Step 7: Agree and Publish
Check the boxes to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Click Save & Preview to publish your course.
Instant Listing
Once saved, the course will be listed instantly under your institute’s profile and visible to students on the platform. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting.
