Yearly Membership Renewal

Renewing your FeMAC membership is an important annual process to maintain your active status and access to platform features. Follow the steps below to complete your yearly membership renewal:
Step 1: Review Past Renewal Records
At the top of the page, you will see a table displaying your Past Renewal Records, including:
ID: Unique renewal ID for each transaction.
Amount: Total payment made.
Status: Indicates if the payment was successfully processed.
Payment Method: E.g., Stripe.
Date: The date the payment was completed.
Click View under the "Action" column to view detailed receipts or records of past payments, if needed.
Step 2: Fill in Accredited Center Details
In the Make Yearly Renewal Below section, ensure the following fields are filled in accurately:
Full Name of Center and Center Code.
SSM Registered Company Name and SSM Number.
Member Registration Number (mandatory).
Invoice Number (if applicable).
Telephone No. and Email.
Address, including City, State, Zip Code, and Country.
Name of Contact Person and their Telephone No.
Confirm that all details match your registered center's information to avoid delays.
Step 3: Proceed to Payment
Click the Next button to move to the payment gateway.
Follow the instructions to complete your payment using the available payment methods (e.g., Stripe).
Important Notes
Ensure all details are accurate to avoid payment or verification issues.
Retain the receipt of payment for your records.
Failure to renew your membership by the deadline may result in suspension of platform access and membership privileges.
By completing the renewal process promptly, you ensure uninterrupted access to FeMAC member benefits.
